The site is at a transition point between two major tourists spots in Kuala Lumpur. Therefore it is always unnoticed and incapable to bring in harmony of the existing complex contemporary condition.

It never move towards resolution, but continuously expanding. A space of otherness, the site is sandwiched between globalisation and localisation. Culture of the site is quite imperceptible. What is the ethnography of the site?

The purpose of the cultural hub is to encourage social exchange as well as to provide an environment to be immersed in the diverse cultures.

Utilising the ethnography of the site to exchange and share, their attitudes, culture, activities, interests, values and opinions, bringing new layers of reciprocity.
